ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE PREMISES OF UNION ARENA COMMUNITY CENTER & SCHOOL PROPERTY

Any person caught carrying or consuming alcoholic beverages on school property and / or Union Arena Community Center will be subject to a mandatory minimum thirty (30) day suspension from the property. This includes all events held at Union Arena Community Center during that time period.

Any player judged by Union Arena Community Center management, staff and / or officiating staff to be under the influence of alcohol shall be removed from the ice immediately and subject to a mandatory minimum thirty (30) day suspension from the property. This includes all events held at Union Arena Community Center during that time period.

Union Arena management reserves the right to inspect the dressing rooms

at any time. Should alcohol be found, it will be confiscated and not returned.

Union Arena Community Center management will determine all suspensions and their decision is final without the right of appeal or refund.
