Email: vcox@unionarena.org Mr. Cox was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, where he graduated from the University of Toronto and spent the next 25 years working in the nuclear engineering field, both in Canada and the U.S., including start-up of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Plant in Brattleboro. Vic then made the move to the ice rink management career, establishing numerous youth and adult skating programs, including Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, AnkleBenders, summer camps, etc. He was director of coaches and Supervisor of Officials for USA Hockey, and was past President of 2 youth hockey associations. Vic also managed the NHL Colorado Avalanche practice facility in Denver, CO.
