HUGE COMMUNITY YARD SALE SET FOR AUGUST 25

With summer drawing to a close, it’s time to start thinking of getting ready for the fall, organizing all the new sport and school supplies, and resuming old schedules. Part of that may mean you need to clean out the garage, you may need gear for your growing kids as they move into the next stage of their life, or you may be looking for a couple things for yourself. Whether it is one of the above or something else, Union Arena has the event for you.

On Saturday, August 25, Union Arena will be hosting the “Tag, You’re It” Community Yard Sale and Sports Swap from 9am-1pm. If you have stuff to sell, you can buy a display area (each 10’ x 10’ space is only $25). Vendors are also welcome to show their wares as well. The Arena will be open for set-up on Friday from 4-8pm, and for a small fee, Union Arena may also be able to dispose of any items that are unsold at the end of the sale.

For all those who are interested in attending, there will be a small entry fee of $2 for folks age 16 and up, which will go to supporting all Union Arena activities. As a convenience, there will be an area where you can test electronic items as well. Concessions will be open all day, so save the date and spend part of it with your friends and neighbors at Union Arena’s “Tag, You’re It” Community Yard Sale and Sports Swap.
