 After being a part of the effort to build the Arena in the 1990's and serving as Manager from 2004-2006, Dan returned in the summer of 2011 to serve as the new GM. He is a Certified Ice Technician (C.I.T.) through the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association (ORFA) and Serving the American Rinks (STAR). Dan has spent a lifetime in arenas, first as a player and working in several rinks, and for the last 20 years as a coach at every level from Learn To Play through Division I College. He holds and Advanced Level certification from USA Hockey, has run USAH coaching clinics, and was also the first coach of the WUHS Boys Varsity team from 1997-2001 and helped lead the team to the State Championship twice, winning the title in 2000. Dan has been very active in Upper Valley youth hockey over the years, and this year will be re-joining Woodsotck Youth Hockey and coaching his three young daughters.
