  3. Volunteer to help staff the Arena
The Arena draws upon a number of folks who generously spend anywhere from a few hours a month to a couple days a week staffing the Arena as volunteers. Openings exist in Customer Service, Concessions, Skate Sharpening, Operations (including Zamboni Drivers for those who qualify), and a host of other opportunities. Call the Manager, at (802) 457-2500 x-11 or email the GM today to find out how you can be involved.
  4. Volunteer your time and skills for specific projects
There are a number of small projects you can help with at the Arena. These include cleaning, painting, construction, and more. The Arena Manager has an ongoing list of a variety of projects. Call Dan French at (802) 457-2500 x-11 or email today to find out how you can help.
  5. Be a Coach or Game Official
Union Arena runs camps, clinics, and leagues throughout the year, and we are always looking for qualified and dedicated high school age and older coaches and officials to help with a range of sports and other activities. Call the Arena Manager at (802) 457-2500 x-11 or email today to find out how you can join the team.
  6. Serve on the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board, or volunteer to be on a committee
Each year there are a few spots that open up on the Board of Directors. While it does involve some time over the year, it is a very rewarding and fun Board on which to serve. There are also a number of committees that are created from time to time to run events and other activities. If you have any interest, please contact the President, Ginny Eames.
